Responsibilities:

The program manager is responsible for the overall coordination and management of a program within Digital to secure the participation and execution from associated delivery teams within the scope of the program.
Adapting to frequently changing Program /manufacturing prerequisites and ensure we meet the time plan according to the program milestones.

The Program Manager has the following main responsibilities:

  • Driving the execution of the initiative, ensuring the deliveries from associated teams are aligned to meet the overall objectives (OKRs) of the initiative and realize the expected values.
  • Setting up and managing the initiative to include the participation and execution from associated delivery teams.
  • Ensuring that the stakeholders of the initiative are engaged and understand the goals and benefits.
  • Coordinate expected deliveries and make sure all features are created, assigned and acceptance criteria are understood by the involved product teams.
  • Establishing and communicating consolidated backlog and roadmap for the initiative to the company/ area roadmap.
  • Monitoring and tracking schedule of the overall initiative considering the deliverables from associated teams towards the initiative objectives.
  • Reviewing and determining the initiative progress and overall risks.
  • Defining and measuring indicators that are relevant for the initiative and take/enable corrective actions when needed.
  • Monitoring and helping facilitate solutions to any problems/impediments that arise between leadership teams set up for product coordination, product ownership and architecture ownership.
  • Support in planning and follow-up on Infrastructure / Applications (Development & Commissioning)
  • Participating in contract management efforts, with assistance from delivery leads, when external organizations (suppliers) are involved.
  • Budget establishment, follow-up (forecast vs actuals) and take action to not exceed target
  • Regular Status/Sync meetings with different product teams and stakeholders
  • Anchor the program deliveries and escalation needs to Senior Program manager
