Responsibilities:

Join our dynamic Grants Administration team to manage transformative projects that enhance Alberta’s infrastructure, support local economies, and improve the lives of Albertans. With a $3.66 billion federal funding initiative, your work will leave a lasting impact.
As a Program Officer, you’ll oversee the implementation of infrastructure-related grants, ensuring funding delivers maximum impact. From financial tracking to stakeholder engagement, you’ll be at the center of programs that shape Alberta’s future.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating financial tracking, reporting, and budgeting for grant programs.
  • Assisting with project reviews and providing decision-making support for senior leaders.
  • Leading cross-ministry initiatives and fostering collaboration among stakeholders.
  • Preparing research-based recommendations, briefings, and presentations for executive committees.
  • Responding to inquiries from municipalities, associations, and non-profits.
  • Maintaining updated program information on websites and communication materials.
