Description:
Location: Hybrid work with mandatory in-office days
Salary: $52,000-$57,000 annually, 4 weeks’ paid vacation, pay in lieu of benefits
Contract Duration: 12.5 month (parental leave coverage), starting January 2, 2025
About Transforming Faces: TF partners with dynamic teams in Low and Middle-Income Countries (LMICs) to ensure children born with cleft lip and palate get the care they need. Role Overview: Reporting to the Program Manager, Global Initiatives, you will:
- Enhance TF’s Comprehensive Cleft Care (CCC) work in Africa
- Support TF’s global initiatives, including the Circle of Cleft Professionals (CoCP)
- Contribute to project management, program strategy, data analysis and communications assignments

Responsibilities:
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support the strategy, planning and logistics of global initiatives, including virtual meetings and conferences
- Contribute to new projects and relationships with partners in Sub-Saharan Africa
- Review and coach partners on financial and project reporting
- Assist with grant reporting
