Program Officer (Parental Leave)

Location: Hybrid work with mandatory in-office days
Salary: $52,000-$57,000 annually, 4 weeks’ paid vacation, pay in lieu of benefits
Contract Duration: 12.5 month (parental leave coverage), starting January 2, 2025
About Transforming Faces: TF partners with dynamic teams in Low and Middle-Income Countries (LMICs) to ensure children born with cleft lip and palate get the care they need. We believe in the full inclusion for these children in their communities, and that local partners are best-placed to offer care.

Role Overview: Reporting to the Program Manager, Global Initiatives, you will:

• Enhance TF’s Comprehensive Cleft Care (CCC) work in Africa
• Support TF’s global initiatives, including the Circle of Cleft Professionals (CoCP)
• Contribute to project management, program strategy, data analysis and communications assignments

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support the strategy, planning and logistics of global initiatives, including virtual meetings and conferences
• Contribute to new projects and relationships with partners in Sub-Saharan Africa
• Review and coach partners on financial and project reporting
• Assist with grant reporting
