Program Operations Coordinator - Law School
Wayne State University is searching for an experienced Program Operations Coordinator - Law School at its Detroit campus location.

Essential functions (job duties):
The Program Operations Coordinator will support the Damon J. Keith Center for Civil Rights and the Detroit Equity Action Lab (DEAL) by ensuring efficient operations and coordination of activities. This role is integral to supporting both directors in advancing their missions to promote racial equity, civil rights, and social justice in Detroit and beyond. The position will balance administrative, project coordination, and operational responsibilities to enable the seamless execution of programs, events, and initiatives. The candidate will work collaboratively with other Keith Center and DEAL staff and will report to the Associate Director, DEAL and the Associate Director, DJK Center.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
Some knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping procedures and applications.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing deadlines.
Ability to effectively work within and meet established deadlines.
Detailed oriented, excellent written and verbal communication skills, including interacting effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Familiarity with or interest in racial equity, social justice, and community engagement is desired.
