JOB DESCRIPTION

The primary role will be to facilitate the execution and support of Elavon’s Operating Model for receiving and prioritizing business requests and aligning them to the right teams within the Product Execution Model. Specifically, the candidate will interact with the business during the intake process at the Enterprise and Portfolio level, shepherd requests through the process, and provide prioritization updates and communications. This role may facilitate Operating Model meetings and Portfolio Operation led meetings.

SKILLS:

  • Possesses outstanding written, verbal, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to be a team player when needed and a self-motivated individual
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Effective interpersonal skills to successfully work with others in the organization
  • 3+ years Microsoft office suite, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
  • 1-2 years of experience using SharePoint
  • 3+ years of experience with tools and techniques for Project Management
  • 1-2 years of experience clarifying business cases
  • Understands project controls

PREFERRED SKILLS:

  • Portfolio Execution Management of IT and Business projects experience
  • Jira Enterprise
  • Project Auditing experience is a plus

Responsibilities:

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Provides project, program, and analytical support to assigned business line or functional areas Performs research, analysis, review, development, implementation, and monitoring of new and/or revised process improvements Acts as a project liaison with other departments. Compiles and analyzes information for an assigned project or area and makes recommendations based on findings. Facilitate Portfolio Operations meetings Acts as a SME for Elavon’ s in intake management process Ensures quality of our intake book of record Implements enhancements to process, templates, and tools as necessary Interfaces with all areas impacted by Portfolio Management including business delegates, product managers, and internal portfolio managers Monitors effectiveness and recommends improvement to our Portfolio Operations process

THE ROLE OFFERS A HYBRID/FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE, WHICH MEANS THERE’S AN IN-OFFICE EXPECTATION OF 3 OR MORE DAYS PER WEEK AND THE FLEXIBILITY TO WORK OUTSIDE OF THE LOCATION FOR THE OTHER DAYS.
