Responsibilities:
DUTIES
- Serve as a Senior Program Specialist responsible for handling routine and non-routine Civilian Human Resources issues.
- Recognize problems/problem areas; originate solutions to complex or unusual issues; and provide onsite assistance.
- Provide advice and assistance to managers and supervisors on personnel management matters involving staffing.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of automated systems which control and track data requirements and produce reports pertaining to manpower.
- Serve as the primary or alternate timekeeper and civilian pay expert for the organization.
- Provide authoritative interpretation and instructions of laws, regulations, policies, and procedures, and develops guidance on appropriate course of action.
