Location: 4th Floor, 2901 Lawrence Ave E, Scarborough, ON M1P 2T4
Position: Full-Time (37.5 hours per week)
Program Timing: 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
Reports To: Program Manager

ABOUT THE JOB
Mission Kare Life Adult Skill Centre is a day program dedicated to enhancing the lives of adults with disabilities through skill development, independence, and community integration. Operating from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, the program focuses on creating a supportive and enriching environment for participants. We are seeking a dedicated Program Supervisor with a background in social services to lead our team, ensure high-quality service delivery, and foster program excellence.
Qualifications:
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in social services, psychology, disability studies, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in a disability support or community-based program.
- Valid G-class driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and program management tools.
- Current First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Certification or experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy (an asset).
- Police Vulnerable Sector Screening required

Responsibilities:
- Lead daily program operations to ensure smooth service delivery and alignment with goals.
- Supervise, mentor, and support program staff, fostering a positive team environment.
- Act as the main contact for families, caregivers, and the Program Manager.
- Develop and implement tailored activities and care plans for participants.
- Regularly assess participant progress and update care plans.
- Foster relationships with community partners to enhance resources for participants.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and organizational policies.
- Oversee staff training and professional development.
- Manage scheduling, resource allocation, and administrative tasks.
- Prepare reports on program performance and participant progress.
- Promote a person-centered approach that respects individual needs and goals.
