Join the Sacramento Business Operations Service Center as the next Bilingual Business Operations Service Center Representative! As part of the Service Center Business Operations team, you will be an integral part of accomplishing Covered California’s mission and main goals.
HOW YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT –
As the Bilingual Business Operations Service Center Representative, you will be responsible for directly assisting consumers with enrollment into health coverage. You will be able to gain experience working with various information systems, as well as improve upon existing Microsoft Office skills. Bilingual Positions: Must be fluent in the following language to be appointed to this position – Spanish.
- Call Center Pay Differential: If selected, incumbents will be compensated an additional $150 per month.
- Bilingual Pay Differential: If selected and able to pass a verbal fluency exam, incumbents will be compensated an additional $200 per month.

This position’s office headquarters location is designated in Sacramento County. Travel expenses associated with commuting to the employee’s office headquarters location are not reimbursable, other than authorized transit subsidies.

Working Conditions
This position may be eligible for telework. The amount of telework is at the discretion of the Department and based on Covered California’s current telework policy. While Covered California supports telework, in-person attendance may be required based on operational needs. Employees are expected to be able to report to their worksite with minimal notification if an urgent need arises, as determined by the Department.
