WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with at least 4 years of professional experience
- English proficiency is a must [B2/C1]
- Strong knowledge of the CPG landscape and experience working directly with advertisers
- Ability to analyze and interpret data, with a knack for developing narratives from campaign details and analysis
- Advanced experience with Retail Media DSPs, including an understanding of Sponsored Products and ads within the retail media industry
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with advanced client-facing experience
- Strong problem-solving, project management, and time management skills
- Adequate understanding of Programmatic Ad Operations and campaign management
- Familiarity with troubleshooting and escalation processes
Preferred Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in advertising sales and operations
- Minimum of 2 years working with CPG advertisers
- Proactive, self-starter who thrives in Uber’s fast-growing advertising business
- Experience with Criteo and SQL knowledge are pluses
Responsibilities:
As a CPG Programmatic Consultant, you’ll support Uber’s Advertising business by collaborating with CPG brands and agencies within a Retail Media DSP. Your role will involve guiding and advising advertisers on managing their self-service campaigns effectively.
You’ll be part of the Grocery + Retail Operations team, focusing on supporting campaigns on the Uber Eats app. Your primary mission will be to work with Sales stakeholders to provide revenue-scaling recommendations to clients. You’ll partner closely with Client Partners and Criteo, serving as the main operations advisor on client strategy calls. You’ll highlight data-driven insights and guide clients on campaign setup, management, and optimization best practices.
What You’ll Do:
- Partner with Client Partners and Criteo to assist with planning, strategizing, and troubleshooting campaign executions
- Analyze campaign reporting, performance, and metrics to highlight revenue-scaling recommendations that align with KPIs
- Oversee campaign performance, delivery, and benchmarks to ensure consistent revenue investments from advertisers
- Onboard new advertisers by creating and sharing training materials and documentation
- Provide technical support for CPG advertisers, working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and the Programmatic Enablement team to ensure operational excellence
