Description:
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field
- Recent experience in programmatic advertising, with a focus on CTV
- Outstanding troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, along with an ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using ad serving technology and platforms such as Google Ad Manager, Magnite, Pubmatic, Ad Exchange, Microsoft Advertising and others
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work
- Experience in managing supply side platforms
- Knowledge about Header Bidding
- Passionate about media, data, analytics and technology

Responsibilities:
- Owning the day to day operational responsibility around monetisation and delivery of Foxtel Media’s programmatic trading
- Oversee the setup, execution, and optimization of programmatic campaigns
- Work closely with the Operations team on testing and implementing new products, ad formats and technology partners to drive programmatic trading & revenue growth
- Develop a streamlined operational workflow for optimizing campaigns and maximizing programmatic revenue
- Work closely with the sales, account management and product teams to ensure alignment on campaign goals and deliverables
- Participate in in-person meetings/technical calls with DSPs, agencies, etc., as needed and serve as subject matter expert
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders to provide updates on campaign performance and strategy
- Collaborate with third-party vendors and partners to integrate and optimize programmatic solutions
- Provide weekly reports, data and insights on channels for quarterly reviews and proactively analyse trend
