Job Description

Responsibilities:

WHAT WILL THE ROLE INVOLVE?

  • Reporting to the Programme Administrator and the Programmes Manager, the role of the Programme Assistant is to ensure that all activities, tasks, and associated documentation required to support the effective delivery of programmes within the school is completed and accurately maintained.
  • A key part of this role will be to work alongside Programme Leaders to ensure all administrative functions underpinning programme administration processes are appropriately implemented and managed in line with University processes. The role holder will be expected to demonstrate a high level of initiative, excellent attention to detail and good customer service skills and be creative, energetic, open, and collaborative.
