Responsibilities:

We are looking for a new colleague to join our Preparatory and Language Programs Team in Berlin or Potsdam on a full-time basis /40 hour a week starting as soon as possible, who shares our vision of excellence in education and who is committed to making a difference in the lives of our students and staff.
The opportunity:
We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic Programme Coordinator for Preparatory and Language Programmes to join our team. As the Programme Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation and continuous improvement of our preparatory programmes, which are designed to help students bridge academic gaps and prepare them for success in their chosen undergraduate or graduate programmes. You will serve as a point of contact for organizational issues and procedural questions related to the programs, exams, as well as the issuance of certificates and attestations.

Key Activities & Responsibilities:

  • Oversee administrative aspects of preparatory and language programmes.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure the delivery of programmes.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress, attendance, and assessment results.
  • Student Support and Guidance:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for students enrolled in preparatory and language programmes, providing academic advising, mentorship, and support as needed.
  • Collaborate with student service departments to develop and implement support initiatives aimed at enhancing student success and retention.
  • Conduct interviews with applicants.
  • Organize and proctor exams and placement tests.
  • Coordinate lecturers and staff.
  • Other related duties
