The national salary is £54,358 - £61,585, London salary is £58,847 - £66,670. Your salary will be dependent on your base location
Total pay in the range of ‘£50,001 to £60,000, £60,001 and over’ are subject to capability, skills and experience. Salary may consist of base pay and a Recruitment and Retention Allowance (RRA)

Responsibilities:

THE ROLE

We’re recruiting for a Programme Delivery Manager here at Justice Digital, to be part of our warm and collaborative End User Computing team.
This role aligns against Senior Delivery Manager from the Government Digital and Data Framework.
The End User Computing team sits within the Technology Services team within Digital and Technology, which is responsible for all infrastructure, end user computing, onsite support and delivery of technology projects. It has responsibility for 95,000 devices and infrastructure across 900+ sites.
The Programme Delivery Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of the Core Service Programme that align with our strategic goals. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership capabilities, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in programme management. The Programme Delivery Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and senior management to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Programme Delivery Manager will be accountable for building, motivating, supporting and facilitating teams as well as removing obstacles and blockers that get in their way.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of programmes, ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategic goals.
  • Develop and maintain detailed programme plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Coordinate and manage cross-functional teams, ensuring effective collaboration and communication.
  • Identify and mitigate risks and issues that could impact programme delivery.
  • Monitor programme progress and performance, providing regular status updates to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Ensure adherence to programme management methodologies and best practices.
  • Manage programme resources, including allocation, performance management, and development.
  • Facilitate decision-making processes and resolve conflicts within the programme team.
  • Engage with stakeholders to understand their requirements and expectations, ensuring they are met throughout the programme lifecycle.
  • Drive continuous improvement in programme delivery processes and practices.
