Description:
Are you a great planner and strategic thinker with an extensive background in project and relationship management?
We are seeking an experienced Programme Director to provide guidance, support and advice on our strategic programme of work to ensure the successful delivery of MIT’s and Unitec’s Kaupapa. This integral role will support the Senior Leadership Team by managing large complex programmes of work across numerous platforms, functions and processes and to support the development and implementation of the strategy. This unique opportunity requires a seasoned leader with proven ability to build relationships, influence at a senior level, and engage to facilitate understanding across multiple and diverse stakeholders. Confident to bring an inclusive cultural lens across every touch point the successful applicant will enjoy a dynamic and collaborative environment dedicated to vocational education in communities where ākonga are at the heart of our values and everything we do.
This is a fixed term assignment with intention to end December 2025.
