Responsibilities:

The following outlines the primary areas of responsibility. Additional responsibilities or functions may be required as necessary to support the business.

  • Follow all companies Policies and Procedures including but not limited to Quality, Health and Safety, Environment and Information Security.
  • The role is also expected to perform any reasonable requests which are not defined but in the ability of the individual.
  • Accountable for ensuring the successful delivery of a Portfolio of projects and programmes with portfolio spanning across the UK & Global entities, to deliver customer orientated wide initiatives.
  • Creates and sets strategies, influences planning and decision making through insight and risk/escalations.
  • Management of risks/issues pertaining to portfolio deliveries both internal and 3rd parties; and financial both ensuring spend and benefit land as per agreed targets.
  • Accountable for delivering all Programmes & Projects within Portfolio with Time, Cost & Quality whilst realising agreed benefit.
  • Ensure that all times there is an effective Change, Escalation, Risk and Issue management process in place.
  • Define the skill requirements for the Portfolio and builds a team capable of delivering it.
  • Identify clear roles and responsibilities and reporting relationships for stakeholders on the project and provides performance feedback.
  • In accordance with Portfolio governance and assurance, provide accurate and timely communication and reporting to the relevant stakeholders, escalating where required.
  • Manage suppliers (both internal and external) to deliver programmes and projects including producing supplier performance reports.
  • Working with internal TXO Group colleagues, and customer contacts, and key suppliers. Visits to customers or key suppliers will be required, out of hours working and travel required from time to time.
  • To attend meetings both in person and via Microsoft Teams as required.
