Description:
Role Purpose To support the London Borough of Harrow and the Harrow Borough Based Partnership to build on the existing evaluation framework to evaluate defined projects and programmes of work to understand the impact these projects have on reducing inequalities in the borough. To ensure continuous performance improvement across the partnership, the evaluation officer will provide training, mentoring and coaching to support peers and programmes of work in evaluating the project against key indicators and outcomes to understand the impact on health inequalities. The primary responsibility for the role will be to evaluate programmes of work to address inequalities across the Borough. This involves building and maintaining effective relationships with relevant partners, including the NHS and the community and voluntary sector.
The role will be responsible for supporting with writing interim and end of programme reports and presenting updates to management and elected members as needed. The officer will also work with NHS NWL ICB to support with the development of a NWL evaluation / impact framework
