JOB DESCRIPTION
You will be responsible for the planning and execution of group activities for the Fun with Friends Programme and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders including AAC staff, volunteers, and activities facilitators or occupational therapists, in ensuring smooth running and operations for the programme.
To accomplish this in the context of:
- Customer Satisfaction

- Within the Policies and Procedures of NTUC Health
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimally a Diploma in social service or related discipline
- Possess working experience in eldercare, health care, therapy-related area
- Well-versed in MS Office
Responsibilities:
- Implement various multi-modality group activities for persons with dementia and ensure the smooth running of the programme. Maintain a high standard of integrity and professionalism in the delivery of quality client and customer-centric care.
