The vision for our urgent and emergency care is ensuring that people are seen in the right place, first time and every time; to improve UEC and deliver safe, effective and easily accessible UEC services, with limited variation, whilst recognising the needs of our diverse population and that our patients should be able to easily navigate the urgent care system, with timely access to advice and/or care and treatment in a safe environment.
