Your opportunity

  • Create and/or maintain all the key programme management documentation with the assistance of and under the supervision of the Programme Manager:
  • all key ARIAD programme logs
  • the Programme delivery plan
  • all Programme key decks to be presented to the main Programme governing bodies (Working Group; Core Programme Team; SteerCo meetings;.) as per a pre-defined schedule, and disseminate them to attendees
  • Coordinate and consolidate key Programme Management Documentations (ARIAD logs, weekly progress reports, deliverables catalogue, etc.) between the workstream project managers and the Programme Manager
  • Perform quality assurance of all regular Programme reports produced at different levels in terms of completeness and consistency across the Programme with the assistance of the Programme Manager
  • Produce specific Programme MI for stakeholders, including customised progress dashboards as requested by the Programme Manager
  • Maintain the Programme MS Teams channel throughout the delivery and make sure all key deliverables are stored there
  • Create and maintain a schedule of all the core Programme meetings (Working Group; Core Programme Team; SteerCo meetings; update to the Business Management Forum; update to the Group Audit Committee)
  • Manage and maintain all invites and room logistics of the main Programme governing bodies meetings, ensure recording of all these sessions, save recordings and transcripts of all these sessions and draft and circulate key minutes of all these sessions
  • Provide some admin support to workstream project managers to track workstreams delivery and progress against the overall Programme delivery plan & milestones and assurance framework
  • Support the adherence of the overall Programme to JHI Business Change & Transformation delivery and governance standards
  • Support the logistics for any change request to be raised, new resource requests, etc.

Must have skills

  • Must have previous proven experience as a PMO Lead on 1-2 complex global Programmes with a global remit minimum, ideally on a Finance Transformation Programme
  • Knowledge or operational experience with a Finance function ideally
  • Background in financial services preferred, ideally asset management
  • Able to work in a matrix management environment

  • Ability to discuss and manage their own priorities with ongoing support from the Programme Manager
  • Strong time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
