You will have experience in project managing online learning and digital projects concurrently and at scale, coordinating staff resources, and reporting on team capacity. You should have experience in process improvement, delivering projects on time, and facilitating problem-solving discussions.
This role requires professional resilience, a willingness to give and receive feedback, and clear communication skills. You will be able to proactively problem-solve with a solutions-focused mindset, convey complex ideas, and prioritise intuitively. You should be inclusive, collaborative, flexible, and adaptable with a passion for learning and process improvement. Experience working in Higher Education is desirable.

Responsibilities:

This role encompasses three key areas: Programme and Project Management, Process Improvement, and Skills Development. Therefore, as part of this role, you will:

  • project manage proposition development, complex projects, and the course optimization process, oversee marketing collateral production.
  • work under the direction of the Senior Project Manager to review, design, and implement process improvement and change initiatives to support production and resource management at scale,
  • support team learning and development by sharing best practices and mentoring new team members.
