This role will be part of our Operations team, and will look to project manage key initiatives across our Contract Manufacturing Operations (CMO).
What will you be doing?
The role will project manage supply transfers, work with partners internally to consolidate, supplier lists identify new suppliers while setting up frameworks to effectively performance managing existing suppliers. This will ensure the components and products manufactured outside of our own manufacturing processes are to specification and meet necessary regulatory and quality standards.
Ideally you will have an operations or an engineering background, and have experience working across multiple sites, bringing them online completing supply transfers and effectively handling continuous improvement projects. Excellent experience project management will be critical.
What does success look like?
Success in the role will be defined by effectively run 3rd party manufacturers, project delivery of supply transfers and improvements across margin and overall value. Outside of that, you would be measured against project delivery, the way in which partners internally are coordinated to meet sometimes bold timelines.
Successful candidates would need the following:
- Experience within manufacturing leading projects and supply transfers working with multi disciplinary teams
- Project management accreditation along with significant project management experience
