Role: Programme Manager
This is an interim maternity cover of 3-6 months with view to extend for the right candidate.
Location: London, UK (Remote-first with occasional travel to London required)

• Maintain and update Programme integrated planner based on the updates from workstreams on a weekly basis
• Provide guidance to workstreams on Status Reporting/ RAID log maintenance etc based on the Programme Playbook
• Prepare Status Update deck for weekly updates to Exec, collating information from workstreams and ensuring key areas are highlighted
• Manage delivery of scope for various workstreams with work stream owner
• Support workstreams in issue resolution, escalations and management of deliverables including identifying interdependencies and risk mitigation strategies
• Liaise with external parties to ensure delivery of scope

What we’re looking for:

• Experienced program manager with ability to step in and continue smooth running of the project from day one
• Excellent communication skills and ability to lead cross functionally across a range of stakeholders
• Ability to operate at Exec level
• Strong understanding of end to end operational processes across a software business (customer journey, employee journey, vendor onboarding and management)
• Experience with product migrations/ customer migration is a plus
• Experience with digital transformation projects is a plus
• Experience of a carve out is a plus
