JOB SUMMARY
This position is part of ParTec’s Product Management Team and reports to the Chief Customer Solutions Officer. The Programme Manager supports the Products Strategy Board by providing a tracking and coordination framework for all quantum, AI, and HPC product development projects at ParTec, and supports the ParTec Product Managers in their general work.
EXPECTED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Master’s degree in Computational Science, Physics, Computer Science, or related field required, Ph.D. preferred
- Experience with either quantum engineering, quantum computing, artificial intelligence, or high-performance computing

- Project and process management skills.
- Proficiency in additional European languages.
Responsibilities:
- Setting up a system of OKRs (objectives and key results) for the individual product lines of the quantum engineering team and the AI&HPC engineering team together with the directors of engineering leading those teams.
- Tracking progress of the product development using the system of OKRs and collecting data from the engineering teams. The Programme manager will regularly present the status of the OKRs to the Products Strategy Board.
- Supporting the planning and coordination of development resources between the engineering teams
- Supporting the respective product managers with
- checking consistency and dependencies between the various ongoing product development efforts
- collecting data on product requirements and on competition from the market and from customers
- Building product roadmaps
- Supporting ParTec’s marketing department by providing technical product marketing material as well as preparing and contributing to marketing events.
