Programme initiation including governance structures and definition documents. Develop and manage the ongoing business case. Lead and manage the development of programme and project assurance processes, governance and standards, Lead & manage the Programme workstreams including procurement, integration deliverables & business change.
Lead in selection and management of 3rdparty suppliers from a solution delivery perspective and ensure requirements are met. Management of consultants / third party delivery partners to include specification of requirements, recruitment, contract management and performance & delivery. Manage budgets. Plan, lead and monitor the portfolio and individual Project progress in line with Office of Government Commerce best practice standards, including programme governance
