This role is based in our London office, with hybrid working allowing for a combination of office- and home-working.
What you will be doing:
Working with our clients to define, develop and deliver complex programmes across infrastructure. You will draw on your knowledge and experience and apply programme management processes and systems that enable effective delivery across all phases of the programme lifecycle ensuring that programmes realise the benefits, are delivered on time, on budget and to quality standards.
As a Programme Manager within Stantec you will play a lead role in developing and maintaining relationships with clients and partner organisations. This will involve sharing best practice and acting as a trusted advisor both internally and externally.
Our programme managers work in complex environments and working collaborative with clients and engaging stakeholders at all levels of business is key to being successful.
Roles our team have carried out include. Optimising a five year capital programme, working with stakeholders from across the business to drive efficiency, managing the delivery of a capital programme and managing a programme through the definition phase, overseeing the design process.

ABOUT YOU

You will have prior experience working within Programme Management and will have, or be working towards, an industry recognised qualification such as APM PMQ or MSP Foundation or Practitioner. You will have previous experience within a Programme / Capital Delivery Environment role.
For our more senior roles you will likely bring experience of working within a regulated sector such as the water, energy or infrastructure sectors.
