Responsibilities:
THE ROLE
We are looking to reimplement the role of Programme Coordinator with the addition of supporting with the AQA qualifications system, this will be a dual purpose role, alongside coordinating programmes for all of the Vocational Practitioners across all sites. You will be required to undertake the relevant training to develop our AQA infrastructure and manage this on an ongoing basis
TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL NEED:
- Good knowledge and understanding of safeguarding processes
- Good organisational and time management skills
- People skills – you will be working with and speaking with managers, team members and the people we support
- A motivation to develop your skills
