Description:

An existing opportunity has arisen for a Band 4 Programme Support Officer to work for the CWP Commissioning Team. Our work covers the following Lead Provider Collaborative (LPC) areas:
Level Up
(Tier 4) Specialised Mental Health Services for Young People in Cheshire and Merseyside
EmpowerED
Specialised Adult Eating Disorder (AED) services across the North West.
Helix
Specialist Perinatal Mental Health services in Cheshire and Merseyside
The appointed candidate will be passionate to improve specialist mental health services across Cheshire and Merseyside and the North West and they will support this work through the function of LPC Commissioning Team.
The appointed candidate will support the programme through the functions of the LPC aim and objectives. They will provide a high standard of administrative and programme support services to the Team. They will be required to attend and provide high quality, efficient and comprehensive support to the relevant LPC groups and boards.
1. Establish and maintain effective tracking management process for multiple projects.
2. Working autonomously to provide Project Support to the commissioning team including development of project plans.
3. Establish and lead the maintenance of project governance arrangements ie Project teams, workstreams.
4. Maintain accurate and up to date log of improvement and development schemes including project plans and programmes with support to the wider team.
5. Co-ordinate the arrangements and minutes of corporate meetings
6. Develop protocols, guidance and tools for the project office and support non-project team members to apply these consistently .
7. Support in developing and implementing key team priorities, leading on the delivery of appropriate projects.
8. Lead on the maintenance of project documentation for the commissioning team, responding to internal and external queries using appropriate communication and judgement skills.
9. Liaise and manage external agencies in organising appropriate workshop and event venues & bookings.
CWP provides health and care services for local people, including mental health, learning disability, community physical health and all-age disability care – including the provision of three GP surgeries.
