The Faculty of Media & Communication is looking to appoint a part-time (0.3FTE) Programme Support Officer. We are looking for a highly motivated individual who will be responsible for the day-to-day management of all administrative duties for designated academic programmes. You will be a customer focused individual who is flexible and able to manage deadlines effectively, you will provide specialist knowledge to support students, academic staff and external stakeholders.
You will need to demonstrate significant administrative experience coupled with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organisational flair combined with a proactive approach is essential as is the ability to work independently and as part of a diverse team. You will have an advanced understanding of Microsoft Office, databases and spreadsheets.
