Description:

Financing and Transaction Banking (FTB) handles the structured finance transactions initiated primarily by the Global Banking and Advisory (GLBA) department
(asset financing, cash flow financing, securitization, debt advisory and corporate finance),
as well as the orchestration of the IS & Digital strategies and delivery & maintenance of IT projects for GLBA.
Our range of skills vary from improving and maintaining our applications and APIs, developing web applications,
setting, and upgrading our continuous delivery infrastructure and assisting internal customers in their daily challenges.

TECHNICAL SKILLS:

  • JAVA (Spring boot, Maven, Gradle).
  • DB: Oracle / SQL server / Postgres.
  • IBM MQ, Rabbit MQ.
  • Workload Automation (Autosys).
  • CI Tool: Git / Jenkins / SonarQube / XL Deploy / Artifactory.
  • Design Pattern.
  • Agile Scrum.

Responsibilities:

  • Producing new features, making design/architectural decisions, testing, tracking quality-related metrics, and producing documentation.
  • Demonstrating features to stakeholders and product owners to gain a solid understanding of the business and get feedback on work delivered.
  • Participating in agile ceremonies and Scrum-related activities, such as daily stand-up meetings, backlog grooming, sprint retrospectives, and demos.
  • Participating in the design, integration, and organization of transversal platforms and solutions.
  • Providing management with visibility and the necessary indicators for informed decision making.
  • Helping with improving the CI/CD practices and automatizing tasks as we are currently in the process of modernizing and revamping our platform
  • Taking ownership of many upcoming projects and contributing to fix and refactor our current code base
