Description:

To provide administrative support to the Programmes group, ensuring service is in line with current SPS procedures and practices, whilst maintaining quality and necessary performance levels.
Responsibilities
Ensure Programmes databases are maintained and updated regularly.
Maintain Programmes files in a manner that is fully compliant with SPS policy and legislative requirements.
Responsible for minute-taking across a number of relevant meetings.
Responsible for updating information onto Prisoner Records System and SharePoint.
Responsible for the effective delivery of all relevant administrative duties within allocated timescales.
Responding to Programmes related queries, from both internal and external partners.

Qualification Requirements
Minimum of five National 5 at Grade C or above (including English & Maths/Arithmetic) or equivalent qualifications or relevant administration experience.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience Requirements
Competent and experience in all aspects of administration, including minute taking.
Competent and experienced in the use of Microsoft Office packages, including Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.
Excellent communication skills across a range of media, both written and oral
Effective decision making skills with the ability to analyse, interpret, compare and report on a range of information and data.
