Responsibilities:

  • Achieving ongoing bookings from school groups, sporting groups, vacation care groups and the like
  • Focus on inbound contact: to engage schools, vacation care groups and similar facilities to drive bookings to the Funlab venues in each region
  • Contacting guests who have submitted booking enquiries with the view to lock in.
  • Achieve minimum outbound outputs - these will be measured by day/week/month (period). These may include measures like:
  • Average call time
  • Total calls made/placed
  • Bookings made and confirmed
