PROGRAMS PROJECT OFFICER, CULTURAL MUSEUM VISITS PROJECT

Australia’s largest public museum organisation is seeking a Programs Project Officer, Cultural Museum Visits Project within the Education department at Museums Victoria.

• Communicate effectively with schools, both proactively and by responding to enquiries, to secure bookings that improve access and uptake of face-to-face school visits to selected cultural museums in Melbourne.
• Co-ordinate with the other participating museums in the project to confirm school visit schedules and maintain accurate financial, participation and evaluation reports for the project.
• Liaise directly with schools to coordinate excursion schedule and other logistics.
• Accurately process payments for education programs working closely with the Financial Planning & Analysis team and Bookings and Education teams
