Capita is experiencing exciting times as we rapidly expand to meet ongoing demand. We are on the hunt for talented individuals to join our home-based team and drive forward our cutting-edge projects. You’ll be part of a dynamic software team working on the Hartlink product suite, Capita’s pensions administration platform. These roles require strong technical and interpersonal skills, the ability to collaborate with both onshore and offshore colleagues, and a commitment to delivering complex technical solutions as part of a broader product development team.

Responsibilities:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deliver high quality software updates that meet or exceed requirements and timescale commitments.
- Provide accurate estimates and progress reporting for assigned tasks in Microsoft Azure DevOps.
- Actively participate in process improvement activity, focussing on quality and improving efficiency.
- Support customer incident resolution activities as required.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, Architects and other stakeholders to ensure the appropriate solution is delivered.
- Collaborating with DevOps to build and deploy new versions of applications to managed environments.
- Create and maintain technical documentation relating to the system under development.
- Provide input to impact assessments for any assigned application change requests.
- Conduct timely and effective peer reviews of code and unit tests.
