Responsibilities:

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Project Accountant to join our team at an exciting time. The role will provide financial management and support to colleagues for key projects across the charity.
You will work closely with the project manager and other colleagues to establish project budgets, VAT implications and cash flow requirements. You will also complete financial modelling for different scenarios to support decision-making and help produce financial reports for funders and others.
Alongside this, you will support our Asset and Development Teams to appraise current property stock financial performance and new development opportunities. You will also provide the required information for loan security valuations, and support the preparation of long term financial plans.
