JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Title: Project Admin Co-ordinator
Trust: Coventry and Warwickshire NHS Trust
Location: Wayside House, Wilsons Lane, Coventry, CV6 6NY
Pay Rates: £12.86 per hour

JOB SUMMARY

The post holder will be part of the EPR Project Team which has the function of delivering the new EPR and associated projects with stakeholder management, financial control, change control, target and progress reporting, planning support, risk management and issue management, configuration management, and quality control within an agreed governance framework.

Experience:

  • Project Admin support: 2 years (required

Responsibilities:

· To support Digital Boards
· To schedule meetings
· To take notes, preparing and distributing papers and minutes
· To provide cover for other project staff
· To support with maintaining communications with stakeholders
· Undertake research activities relating to project requirements
· To set up and maintain project files
· To collect and collate tracking measurements including one-page reports
· To compile progress reports including collecting data on actuals and forecasts
· To assist in the compilation of performance reports including the Programme Report
Experience
- Proven experience in project management within a dynamic environment
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in root cause analysis
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present information effectively
- Familiarity with Confluence, Visio, and content management systems
- Knowledge of product development processes and requirements gathering techniques
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
