- Experience with project coordination and estimating in the construction industry.
- Understanding of the dynamics of supplier relationships.
- Good knowledge of our product lines.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving and negotiating skills.
- Self-reliant, well-organized and good at prioritizing.
- Dynamic, proactive person known to be adaptable and to work well in a team.
Challenges awaiting you:
- Assist the project manager in the development of such as budgets, schedules and managing timelines
- Execute administrative and bookkeeping tasks such as entering purchase order, managing and processing invoices.
- Supervise the project procurement process
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to identify and meet project requirements.
- Monitor the progress of projects and deal with problems as they arise (flag and escalate to management if necessary). Follow up with the customer to guarantee the brand promise and a delivery that meets the needs of the project.
- Check the requirements, scope and objectives of each project to ensure that it is managed efficiently and profitably.
- Establish, develop and maintain strong business relationships with customers.
- Keep your technical knowledge of product lines up to date and stay abreast of new developments in order to respond effectively to customers’ needs. Demonstrate a keen interest in improving your business skills.
