  • Experience with project coordination and estimating in the construction industry.
  • Understanding of the dynamics of supplier relationships.
  • Good knowledge of our product lines.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving and negotiating skills.
  • Self-reliant, well-organized and good at prioritizing.
  • Dynamic, proactive person known to be adaptable and to work well in a team.

Challenges awaiting you:

  • Assist the project manager in the development of such as budgets, schedules and managing timelines
  • Execute administrative and bookkeeping tasks such as entering purchase order, managing and processing invoices.
  • Supervise the project procurement process
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to identify and meet project requirements.
  • Monitor the progress of projects and deal with problems as they arise (flag and escalate to management if necessary). Follow up with the customer to guarantee the brand promise and a delivery that meets the needs of the project.
  • Check the requirements, scope and objectives of each project to ensure that it is managed efficiently and profitably.
  • Establish, develop and maintain strong business relationships with customers.
  • Keep your technical knowledge of product lines up to date and stay abreast of new developments in order to respond effectively to customers’ needs. Demonstrate a keen interest in improving your business skills.
