What you’ll be doing
As a Project Administrator you will have the following responsibilities:
- Processing of project diaries, weekly timesheets and holidays
- Supporting operational teams with site security
- Reception duties to include handling enquiries, greeting visitors and accepting deliveries
- Booking conference and meeting rooms
- Supporting the Project Director with diary management and other tasks to assist with leadership team administration
- General administrative duties to including minute taking, typing, photocopying and scanning
- Ordering of office and PPE supplies
- Data inputting into accounting systems (Oracle / SAP)
- Booking hotel & travel arrangements for project team
- Any other tasks that may be required by their line manager and/or across the project functions
