The Opportunity
We are currently recruiting for a Project Administrator, to support the Project Team (including the Program Manager, Project Manager and Project Engineers) on our Brendale Battery project In QLD. As a Project Administrator you will be the most organised person in the office and thrive in a varied environment where you will use your excellent time management skills to keep on top of various tasks and keep the project moving.

Responsibilities:

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

Manage project expenses
Maintain various registers and databases
Coordinate travel, meetings and events relating to projects
Provide general administrative support to the project team as required
General document control and managing records

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL POSSESS:

Experience working in a similar role (an project engineering firm or construction industry would be beneficial)
Certificate III in Business Administration (desirable)
An understanding of business operation and best practices
Advanced user in the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
A logical, organised and practical approach to work
Exceptional time management skills and ability to prioritise multiple tasks
High levels of attention to detail
Ability to liaise with a variety of clients, office & site-based staff, suppliers and subcontractors
A strong desire to improve and develop in areas that will contribute to a better outcome for all
A friendly, positive and professional customer-focused attitude
