Engineering services are delivered for the px group by the engineering consultancy division px Engineering Consultants Limited (“PXECL”). The team comprises of managers, senior engineers, engineers and designers that have direct experience of construction projects and operating facilities, as well as exceptional engineering expertise.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience in administration roles.
  • High attention to detail with excellent time-management and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Document control experience.
  • Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all various level of management within the company and with potential clients, suppliers, subcontractors and partners
  • Experience in collating weekly/ monthly reports.
  • Diary management experience

Responsibilities:

Roles and responsibilities will include:

  • Provide general administration support.
  • Attending key meetings, taking minutes, actions and issuing meeting minutes.
  • Support site/plant inductions (Booking inductions and complete induction recording).
  • Developing and issue weekly & monthly dashboards/reports/KPI updates.
  • Create and manage project files in respective data management systems
  • Support the project manager with resource forecasting.
  • Timesheet management.
  • Calendar/diary management.
  • Support in document control activities.
  • Managing office consumables/stationery.
  • Procurement support.
  • Other appropriate duties as agreed with Project Manage
