Description:
McCuaig & Associates Engineering Ltd. is looking for a Project Administrator/Coordinator to join our team at our Head Office in Burnaby, BC. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a project administrator/coordinator capacity.
ABOUT THE JOB:
- Assisting Project Managers with their projects by:
- Managing calls and e-mails from clients for new projects, actions immediately needed, miscellaneous information about projects/buildings/contractors/processes, etc.
- Communicating to external teams about outstanding actions and following up on actions required internally
- Keeping up-to-date records of project status, deliverables, milestones, etc.
- Ensuring project documentation is prepared, saved, and shared as needed
- Updating project information in our internal system
- Communicating with municipalities
- Assist with invoicing and timesheet reviews
- Researching codes, product info, protocols etc. when needed
We are looking for someone with confidence and the ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks and projects and work well with many personalities.
