MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: TO QUALIFY FOR CONSIDERATION, YOU MUST MEET EACH OF THE FOLLOWING MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS (OR HAVE SIMILAR TRADE EXPERIENCE).

  • Proven experience as a Data Entry Specialist or a similar role
  • Experience with computer skills including email, data entry, Microsoft Office, and Google suites is preferred
  • Ability to attend weekly meetings in person or remotely to keep the management teams informed
  • Remote positions must have reliable internet connections
  • This position must be available to work 7:00am- 4:00pm CST
  • Possess strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently under the guidance of the Field Service Manager
  • Excellent interpersonal, planning and data entry skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Familiarity with electrical one-lines is preferred.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test and periodic, unannounced random drug tests.
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment criminal background check.
  • All offers are conditioned on acceptable results from a background check and drug and alcohol screening.
  • Must be willing to work flexible hours and overtime, and occasional weekends, holidays, and nights.
  • If applying for position, must be eligible to work in the U.S. without need for employer sponsored visa (work permit).
  • Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently.

Responsibilities:

  • Work safely by following documented company and client safe work practices.
  • Manage data and documents related to power distribution system’s testing, utilizing the standard methods of procedure.
  • Accurately input and update data into databases, spreadsheets, and other systems. Ensure all entries are complete and correct.
  • Attend weekly meetings, reporting findings to Field Service Manager and project managers
  • Submit daily test reports to project-specific document management software.
  • Keep up-to-date records of submissions across multiple on-going, large-scale data center projects.
  • Provide updates to project managers and on pending issues assigned to the company.
  • Complete clerical task including sending emails, responding to messages, and following up with project managers.
  • Assist in additional office administrative work as needed
  • Other duties as assigned.
