Description:
This position is located in Kitimat, BC. and is open to locals of Terrace and Kitimat only
WSG Energy Services is currently looking for a Project Administrator to join our team. If you are an ambitious, strong individual that likes a challenge, this could be the opportunity for you. We are a fast-paced construction company and have a position that is demanding but rewarding.
Under the general supervision of the Project Manager, you will provide project support to the project team.
Shift is 14/7 rotation on LNGC site for JFJV 10 hour shift
- Must comply and pass pre-employment drug and alcohol testing.
- Candidates must successfully complete orientation
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Prior Project Administration experience is an asset
- Post-Secondary education in Office Administration, Business or Project Management
- Experience working in the construction industry is an asset
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Superior keyboarding and data entry skills with WPM of 40 or higher
- Proven team player
- Strong analytical skills with a strong attention to detail
- Minimum 5 years professional work experience
Computer Skills
- Mandatory MS Office
- Preferred Dayforce, MJOB, Excel
Responsibilities:
- Set-up and monitor project paperwork and organize paper flow;
- Prepare and track all project logs such as PO’s, RFI’s, Change Order’s;
- Submit LEM’s in a timely manner to ensure charges are submitted
- Utilize reports to monitor project succession;
- Schedule orientations, flights and accommodations for fly-in fly-out workers
- Prepare and monitor sub-contracts
- Prepares and schedules project meetings including minutes
- Assist Project Manager in any and all duties needed;
