Description:

We’re looking for a Project Administrator to join us in Bradford, on permanent full time basis.
Joining our expanding Project Delivery team, reporting into the Project Delivery Specialist, you will be providing comprehensive administrative support. Responsible for but not limited to data validation, distribution of internal communications and focusing on content creation and management for the Me Portal within SharePoint. Additionally, you will support the Virgin Media and O2 People Team and Project Delivery Specialists in executing Cyclical Projects and other Change Initiatives, ensuring they meet agreed objectives, timelines and quality standards.
In this role you will gain valuable insights into the delivery of people-focused projects. By the end of each project lifecycle, you will have been an integral part of a team that successfully delivered meaningful and clear outcomes for our colleagues.

What will you be doing?

  • Support Project Delivery Specialists with risk and issue management, project reporting, action management and project plans.
  • Support the maintenance of Project documentation, processes and knowledge management for all cyclical activity to ensure the integrity and ongoing delivery of these activities.
  • End to end management of Virgin Media O2 People Intranet pages ensuring relevant, timely and accurate content is made available to all Employees.
  • Delivery and co-ordination of Intranet content management audits.
  • Management of all Employee Services BAU communications including partnering with Internal Communications teams to ensure holistic comms visibility across the company.
  • Produce weekly reports and monthly statistics for project administrative tasks.

We tend to look for people with:

Essential

  • Previous experience within a similar Project Delivery/Administration environment.
  • Able to utilise standard Microsoft Office products such as Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Teams.
  • Adaptable and able to learn new skills quickly.
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Excellent working knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Desirable

  • Ability to deal with complex queries, while recognising the appropriate need for escalation.
  • Highly pro-active team-player with the ability to empower and work alongside others and share best practice.
  • Ability to work to deadlines and prioritise work accordingly to meet expectations.
