Description:
Sunshine Coast’s Domic, Townsville’s Jezzine Barracks, and Brisbane’s Waterfront.
We are searching for a phenomenal full time Project Administrator for a 12-month contract role
(with the opportunity for extension). Based in either our Gold Coast or Brisbane office the
successful candidate will know their way around quality control, document management, and
project team administration coordination. We are also open to this role being part time (min. 30hrs
per week) for the right candidate.
Our team is undertaking a unique international project with design undertaken here in Queensland.
This is a busy role where you will assist with project document organisation and control and
support the team with exceptional administrative support. The successful candidate will manage
the role professionally and efficiently, reflecting and enhancing the company’s reputation. The
areas you will work across will include:
- Document control – including receipt, storage, retrieval, circulation, and version control
using a register
- Quality assurance across documentation – including identifying, recording,
communicating issues, and undertaking rectification
- Project administration
- Communication and document coordination with the project team
- Communication and document coordination with sub consultants
- General office administration support
Experience / Attributes:
- Tertiary qualification in business administration (not essential) or equivalent experience
- Industry experience in Landscape Architecture, Architecture, and/or Construction (to
understand the RFI process and collation) is highly regarded
- Expertise in document management, and/or project management software
- Expertise in MS Office including Excel (macros and pivots), Teams, SharePoint
- Experience with Aconex or similar
- High-level written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive, highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
- The ability to work autonomously and within a team
