QUALIFICATIONS:

- Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication.

- Demonstrated proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Sage 100 Contractor).
- Strong ability to prioritize tasks, multitask effectively, and operate proactively.

Working Conditions: This role is primarily office-based, operating Monday through Friday in a fast-paced environment. It involves using various technology applications and requires frequent interactions with employees and stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the flow of approved AFE’s and maintain records.
- Seek vendor quotes and create purchase orders, ensuring specifications, quantities, pricing, delivery, and vendor qualifications are validated.
- Authorize invoice approvals by maintaining accurate receiving documentation, coding invoices, and updating internal databases.
- Maintain accessible information by organizing and filing documents.
- Classify and manage contract support documentation (e.g., change orders, insurance, WCB).
- Maintain clear communication between stakeholders and departments for status updates.
- Assist in budget/contingency tracking and monthly project reporting packages.
- Support procurement activities related to tender tracking and delivery schedules.
- Identify issues, gather data, develop and select solutions, and evaluate outcomes effectively.
- Execute assigned tasks with minimal supervision, ensuring timely, comprehensive, and high-quality deliverables.
- Uphold and promote the organization’s core values through communication and behaviour.
