Description:

IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE AS FOLLOWING:

  • Diploma in a relevant field such as business, management, or engineering, or at least three years of relevant experience in project coordination, administration, or management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Understanding or experience in construction projects is a plus
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Enthusiastic and hands-on approach to achieving team goals

Terms and conditions:

  • Wage: $30 to $32per hour depending on experience
  • Working days and hours: Minimum of 30 hours per week.

Responsibilities:

  • Ordering and coordinating suppliers, contractors and sub-contractors
  • Analyzing and evaluating Window Answers’ current management systems, capabilities, and structures.
  • Ensuring that installation jobs are being delivered with allocated budgets
  • Effectively communicating the schedule of installation
  • Coordinating contractor RFIs and administration of tenders.
  • Working with factories to develop and produce curtain and blind products that meet the demands of our commercial customers.
  • Coordination of contractor and client reporting.
  • Coordination of Health and Safety documentation.
  • Supporting the General Manager and Site Manager with additional administration tasks as required
