Xylem is seeking a Project Administrator at our Kemps Creek, Sydney Location. The Project Administrator is responsible for supporting the Project Manager with the administration of projects across the ANZ region in a variety of industry sectors including Municipal water & wastewater, mining, and General Industry.

The role:

  • Support Project Managers with delivering, supervising installation, and commissioning projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Assisting with project administration tasks such as entering orders, completing logistics handover, raising purchase orders, preparing project schedules, and invoicing.
  • Collaborate across functions in the business to deliver a strong technical solution.
  • Support with financial reviews and reporting, including CI efforts.
  • Assist projects to be delivered to project management best practices including quality audits as required.

About you:

  • Prior experience in Project Administration
  • Experience with customers in front- line capability.
  • Water Treatment market Knowledge (highly desirable)
  • Great attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Must be a good communicator with a great attitude.
