JOB DESCRIPTION

The Project Analyst will work with fraud and dispute case processing, serving as a key partner between relevant teams to enhance operational efficiency. This role involves preparing comprehensive reports and coordinating audits while reviewing business trends to identify hotspots for potential issues. The ideal candidates will possesses strong analytical skills, particularly in excel, to assist with forecasting, inventory tracking and analyzing team metrics such as absenteeism, headcount and attrition. Additionally, the Project Analyst will be responsible for developing innovative monitoring strategies to improve loss performance and assessing whether current policies and procedures align with observes losses across the portfolio. This position requires a proactive individual who can identify business needs and create actionable solutions to drive performance improvements.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Typically three to five years of related experience

PREFERRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

  • Thorough knowledge of assigned business line or functional area
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Thorough knowledge of project management
  • Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and to analyze data
  • Demonstrated leadership skills
