Project Analyst/ICDFR BeFAST CSUSB (UEC)

POSITION SUMMARY

Temporary, Non-Exempt, Full Time, Benefitted through 6/30/2025 (Appointment may be renewed annually based upon availability of funds, availability of work and satisfactory job performance).
Salary: $4,506.58-$5,000.67 per month.
Location: CSUSB

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in child development or related field.
• Experience:
• Experience in working with school age youth.
• Familiarity with cognitive assessment tools.
• Experience in teaching and supervising undergraduate student interns.
• Must have a clean driving record and have a valid CA Driver’s License.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• MA in child development or related field preferred
• Knowledge of and experience in teaching developmentally appropriate practices

• Schedule, coordinate, and track the implementation of the BEFAST cognitive training program for CSUSB students.
• Develop and facilitate parternships with CSUSB administrators.
• Carry out and follow research protocol.
• Supervise project interns and research assistants in support of program delivery and evaluation.
• Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate BEFAST research assistants and interns.
• Attend meetings and at times lead meetings with project team members (e.g., check-in meetings).
• Assist and support related ICDFR projects as needed
