About the role
We are seeking an experienced Project and Contracts Administrator to join us in a newly created role at our Tritton Open Cut Operation.
In this role you will provide administrative support associated with project and contractor administration functions to support the effective day-to-day running of our Open Cut operation at Tritton!
What You’ll Do
Manage all administrative tasks for the site, including correspondence, document management, and scheduling.
Coordinate site meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes as required.
Assist with the preparation and processing of site-related documentation, including reports, presentations, and contracts.
Generate requisitions, purchase orders and invoice management.
Maintain accurate records of site activities.
Ensures visitors and contractors have necessary site access.
Support site management in ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Provide general administrative support to the site team as needed.
About You
Proven experience in an administrative role with a demonstrated ability to coordinate contractors and provide exceptional support to multiple stakeholders and functions simultaneously
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
Knowledge of Pronto highly desirable.
